Rev. Fr Francis Kandathil is hospitalized in Bombay Hospital, Indore with a serious heart condition. This morning he was admitted to the ICU of Pushpa Hospital, Ujjain with a low heart-beat rate. Later in the day, he was shifted to Bombay Hospital. His condition is critical and hence your fervent prayer support is solicited.

Update on Fr Peter Kavumpuram's treatment

Since Australia has a better health system, Fr Peter wishes to have his treatment in Australia. As scheduled earlier this morning Fr. Peter is admitted at Wesley Hospital, Brisbane.
 
According to the medical report Fr. Peter has  Hodgkin Lymphoma. The treatment for the sickness begins tomorrow. Fr. Peter will remain in the Hospital for the next 3 days.  Further treatment would continue for another 8-10 weeks. He has to undergo 4 cycles of Chemotherapy. According to doctor, this type of cancer is generally curable. Since Fr. Peter has to take Chemotherapy  he has been advised to take proper rest keeping away from crowd etc. We are trying to organize all Sunday Masses with other priests so that he could relax and get well as fast as he could.
