Palakkad became the winner of the Kadukumani Mission Quiz 06-07 at the end of a tight contest. Kadukumani Mission Quiz 06-07 is the second in the series of an All Kerala Inter-Diocessan Mission Quiz. They were awarded Mar Vayalil Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy and a cash prize of Rs 3001. Fr Jose Palakeel, the director of IMPACT - Initiatives for Missionary Pastoral Animation and Communication Theology graced the occassion and dispensed the trophies and cash prices.

The Programme was organised in the Studio floor of Shalom T.V., Peruvannamoozhy, Kozhikode. Teams from 9 Dioceses namely, Thalasery, Thamarassery, Palakkad, Irinjalakuda, Eranakulam, Idukki, Pala, Kanjirappalli, Changanachery have participated in the contest. Four teams found place in the final round after the semifinal rounds. Two sets of semi finals were conducted in the morning and the final was between Palakkad, Thalassery, Thamarassery and Irinjalakuda.
